Hi back in 2014 i subscribed to a month free pass which i cancelled. The subscription became live again without my knowledge, I some how obtained a phone number and spoke with someone I believe was based in Canada. AS a result I had my payements refunded. I have not subscibed for a live pass since or used the subscription but yesterday i seen on my credit card that i have been charged $14.99 for the past 11 months. I had a look on the Google play site and there is no record of the subscription I have been charged for. The payements from the original subscription was on a different credit from the one I have currently been charged from. I not received any correspondence or receipts regarding the current subscription which I have been told was cancelled yesterday at my request. I require a refund of $164.89, please assist. If charged to a Credit Card, the charge description will be listed as below
Telstra Applications Melbourne = Subscribed via Website
GOOGLE *Telstra CorpGOOGLE.COM = In App subscription via Google Play
APPLE ITUNES STORE SYDNEY = In App Subscription via iTunes
Once you've confirmed, please follow the relevant instructions here to cancel the subscription
If no active subscription is associated, we'd recommend checking any other emails that could have been used to sign up.
